At Salibay, we’re committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition. If there’s an issue with your delivery, we’re here to make it right.
1. When Can You Return an Item?
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The item is missing parts or is incomplete.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition.
- Items such as perishables, innerwear, personal care items, and custom-made products are not eligible for return, unless faulty or incorrect.
3. How to Request a Return
- Log in to your Salibay account and select the order.
- Click “Request Return” and follow the steps provided.
- Our team will review your request and guide you on how to return the item.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method or as Salibay Wallet credit, depending on your choice.
- Refunds are processed within 24 to 72 hours after approval.
5. Exchanges
If you'd like a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, you can request an exchange during the return process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
